This is a very thick hair mask with quite a strong perfumed scent. The scent is pleasant, but if your sensitive to fragrance then I think it is important to know that it is quite strong and does linger on your hair. I love the scent though and enjoy knowing my hair smells that nice after I use it! Most importantly though, this is a really effective mask! I've been using it once or twice a weeks since I got it, and my hair has been drying naturally so much smoother, looks shinier, and feels softer! I dye may hair and have a really dry, wavy, often frizzy texture, and this mask has helped so much! My curls have been coming back to life and it really feels healthier.Its expensive compared to other brands, so I was half-hoping that it wouldn't work that well so that I wouldn't be incentivized to purchase it again when I run out... but it really is worth it. This will last me awhile, but I am already planning to repurchase it!

This product is easy to use.I shampooed my hair as usual.Then applied, starting at the roots to the tips. I let it work for 10 minutes. (the directions said 5-10 minutes).Then I rinsed.I think my hair must have been drier than I thought, because very little of the mask rinsed out.There was no oily, greasy feeling.Just soft, lovely hair.like all the other QUAI products, it has a gentle scent. I will do it again next week.I have other QUAI products-skin scrub, leave in conditioner, and skin moisturizer.I love them all.I also purchased the scalp oil treatment when I purchase the mask.I haven't tried it yet.
